An overview of the rider agreement and liability waiver/ Safe operating procedures + tips

1. If you accidentally end a ride in the first few minutes, or want a different vehicle for any reason, email, text or call for a quick refund.

b) Pause ride to LOCK your vehicle + receive cheaper paused ride pricing @10¢/min. (Or $6/HOUR)
**This does not count towards, or eat into, your 'riding' time that you initially paid for.**

2) Ages 16+ and Helmets are Mandatory.

3) The Bike
- Will accelerate quickly if pedal is moved forward BE balanced and ready

- Walk the bike to a safe place and get used to the vehicle

- When getting off the bike do NOT press the pedal forward

- pick a bike with an approximate seat height for your height. Because the bike is pedal assist and powerful, seat height is not important. This is not a motorbike- there is no throttle. Expect to pedal sometimes.

4) 1 person per vehicle at all times

5) Must be wearing closed footwear (NO Sandals, no open footwear, etc)

6) Must be FIT and ALERT to ride these powerful vehicles - Must NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

7) take note of the red zones on the map. Especially on ministers Island. If a vehicle is entered into the:
RED ZONE: Vehicle will beep and shut down.
YELLOW ZONE: Vehicle automatically reduces its speed.
